GCR Prevails on Behalf of School District

July 19, 2010 - GCR attorneys prevailed in a significant unpaid wage claim brought by a former assistant superintendent against a California school district. The former employee was subject to an employment agreement that her counsel argued was partially unenforceable. After a multi-day hearing and briefing, the Hearing Officer found in favor of the school district, ruling that the former employee was entitled to no vacation wages.
